The California Earthquake Authority (“CEA”) owns various trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, domain names, copyrights, and other intellectual property (collectively, “CEA intellectual property”) that are valuable assets of the organization and are legally protected in the United States. CEA reserves all rights in and to CEA intellectual property. Any unauthorized or improper use of CEA intellectual property may constitute trademark or copyright infringement, unfair competition, or any combination of those things, in violation of federal and state laws.
CEA logos and other CEA intellectual property must not be used, reproduced, displayed, published, or transmitted without CEA’s prior written consent.
