CEA coverage is offered only by the CEA participating insurance company that provides the policyholder’s residential property insurance—those participating insurance companies also process all CEA policy applications, policy renewals, invoices and payments, and handle all CEA claims. CEA earthquake insurance policies are sold only by agents employed or appointed by CEA’s participating insurance companies.
FREE CEA Training Courses
The CEA offers FREE in-person training, instructor-led webinars and online training for participating insurance company (PI) agents. PI agents with an active California insurance license who complete CEA training may be eligible for two FREE CE Credits approved by the California Department of Insurance. 
       Our new comprehensive training seminars feature an in-depth review of our policies including our new Homeowners Choice policy and expanded coverage options.  You can get two FREE CE credits for this new course.
